Who I am

About me

I'm a full-stack engineer with 9+ years of experience turning complex business and regulatory requirements into working software. I started my career as a business process analyst and ERP designer for government and military clients, and moved into full-stack engineering where I now lead teams and design system architecture.

Today I lead engineering at uTrust SA, building national-scale digital identity, consent and compliance platforms for Saudi Arabian government entities, including TGA (Transport General Authority) and TCC. Before that, I led product engineering at Transworld, where I built the CRM that runs daily operations for 83,000+ active internet customers.

I work comfortably across the stack: requirements and business analysis, system and database architecture, frontend (React, Next.js, Vue), backend (Node.js, NestJS, Express, .NET), and DevOps (Docker, Nginx, Linux servers). In startup environments, I'm usually the person who connects all of these together.

    Remote (Pakistan) · Serving KSA government clients

    • Lead engineering on national digital platforms for Saudi government entities: Driver's Portal and uFace (TGA), Tebyan (with TCC), and KeyU (international).
    • Work directly with KSA government stakeholders on requirement analysis and business solutions.
    • Co-design application architecture, including NAFATH authentication, PDPL compliance, role-based access and identity assurance levels.
    • Act as DBA for PostgreSQL databases on local servers.
    • Handle DevOps: deploy Node.js and .NET 10 Minimal API services with Docker and PM2 on RHEL and Ubuntu, and expose them publicly through edge servers using Nginx reverse proxies.
    • Run project management with GitHub Projects: planning, task tracking and team follow-ups.
    • Integrate payment gateways (Stripe, Moyasar).
    • Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Gemini Code Assist, GitHub Copilot) across the team's workflow.

    • Owned the in-house ERP/CRM from requirement gathering through use-case extraction and ERD design.
    • Led a 3-person team to build an edge speed test on customer ONTs, removing the need for agents to ask customers to run tests.
    • Designed the subscription, packages, promotions and bill-run architecture for B2C customers.
    • Built a unified leads module that combines web app, Zindagi app and cold-call leads.
